Biography
Lou Nickolls has been committed to creating images since childhood. A graduate of the University of Tasmania School for Fine Arts she taught art at the Ouse District High School before pursuing an independent career in photography and painting.

Her photographs have been used commercially; her paintings have been successfully exhibited in The Long Gallery, Magnolia Gallery, Bett Gallery, Cooks Hill Galleries, Tasmanian Centre for the Arts along with restaurant venues. Recently she has been engaged with private commissions.

Her works are held in private collections throughout Australia, New Zealand and the United States of America.
