Dunlop has held numerous exhibitions in every capital cities in Australia, including at Barry Stern and Macquarie galleries, Sydney; the Australian Gallery in Melbourne. His work has also appeared in many major group shows. His many portrait commissions include Victoria's sesquicentenary portrait of HM Queen Elizabeth II.
