Mission statement.

"I hope to produce an image of some aspect of Australian life that becomes
part of our Australian National collective consciousness. I always aim to
instill truth in my imagery and I hope that the viewer can identify with my
art because I have successfully captured a common feeling or experience. I
try to make the technique look effortless so that the viewer is only
conscious of the subject matter and can escape from our material world by
entering the picture to contemplate and enjoy the subject matter that has
inspired me to paint or etch."

I have been playing around with the human figure this year and have tried to
capture scenes that are typical of coastal holiday areas.
